We offer a renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath villa that comfortably sleeps 6 with a fully equipped kitchen. We are steps away from the gym, tennis and pickleball courts and are a 4 minute walk through the resort to the beach and pools.

Yes. There are several golf courses to choose from on the island, some of which are in close proximity to the resort. For more information, visit the brochure kiosk in the main building.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room couch has a pullout queen sized mattress.

Our cancellation policy offers a 100% refund if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more from the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled 31 days or more of the arrival date, we offer a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 30 days there is no refund unless we are able to re-rent our villa at the same rate.

Yes. All guests must sign a rental contract and provide a copy of their state issued driver's license to verify your name and age.

Yes. The rental age must be at least 25 years of age and must be on site during the rental period.

Yes. There are two restaurants onsite. Coconut'z restaurant is in the main building and Jamaica Joe'z is a beach bar and restaurant by the pool. Jamaica Mon'z is our ice cream shack by the pool.

Yes. We offer beach toys for the children, boogie boards, beach buggy, beach chairs and an umbrella.

No. Unfortunately we do not offer beach towels at this time.
